Assuming no more than chronic soft tissue problem, absent acuity, urgency &amp; infection, then thought of primary pelvic sacroiliac joint injury; type commonly associated with chronic muscle spasms of contralateral posterior shoulder girdle (trapezius, rhomboids &amp; latissimus dorsi). Rocky pelvis supports tilted spine tower with spastic muscle-cable supports.

This isn&#x27;t herpes: For initial herpes, usually no tingling before sores appear. Tingling is mainly a symptom of recurrent herpes; in that case, it lasts only a day or two before the outbreak itself shows up. Your symptoms don&#x27;t sound at all like herpes, which doesn&#x27;t cause tingling without sores and rarely if ever causes low back pain. So good news, this isn&#x27;t herpes. See your doctor if symptoms continue. Good luck!

: stress most likely. You may want to make sure you are eating well with good hydration. The soreness in the neck and back may be because of tension in the muscles, however you may want to get a medical check up for examination to make sure no serious illness.

but it could also be from multiple causes.
 It also could be nerve involvement at other sites.

Flu or cold: sounds like you are coming down with a "bug".  Watch the symptoms carefully, drink lots of liquids and get proper rest.

In general yes: In general, yes, although there are some contradictory studies out there.  The only times i would advise against chiropractic treatment are if there is documented spinal instability, or a fracture or other significant intravertebral pathology, or significant nerve or spinal cord compression/impingement.  Consider seeing a doctor for evaluation prior to starting chiropractic treatment.

Sleep: The simple answer is the position that produces least pain and discomfort. Ever person is different so I cannot tell what is good for you. One thing for certain make sure you have a comfortably bed and environment and adequate pillows and padding.
