as of december i have chest pain/discomfort when standing & am quickly exhaustedstairs are very hard. discomfort resolves when supinei am typing lying down. can't go to work. cardiologist did ultrasound and chem. stress test & cleared me. help?

: It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

Not worth the risk: The risk of surgery to remove scar tissue is not warranted unless you have severe symptoms. You should discuss it with your doctor.

Mgt.: Some infections may cause similar symptoms, but the sample should be sent for cytology and cultures. 
Please have a TB test and see your PCP.

can scare tissue develop and cause tenderness at lung cancer surgery site two years after surgery?

No: It would be unusual for the scar tissue to cause NEW onset pain.  If you had the pain ever since the surgery, that is normal.  But if it has just suddenly occurred out of the blue, without a direct injury to that area, then you need to go have it checked out by your doc.

See above for causes of gynecomastia . Rarely  ingestion of significant amounts of soy products can also cause gynecomastia. Would follow up with  MD

i have a lot of upper chest congestion, phlegm, swollen pitted tonsils. my left tonsil has two actual "holes" separated by a tiny bit tissue together ?

Cryptic Tonsils: You have what are called cryptic tonsils.  They have folds and holes in them that food particles get stuck in.  You can gargle deeply or use a water pick to help get the particles out, but ultimately the treatment is to remove the tonsils.  This is done if they are constantly or recurrently inflamed or infected, if one has severe bad breath.

Nonspecific foods.: No particular food can do this. Good balanced diet and possible supplements may help. Some studies show improvement overall health with antioxidants. Good physical activity and relaxation help overall well being. May want to consult a registered dietician at your local hospital.

The adenocarcinomas which are now most frequent are possibly viral in origin and the small cell neuroendocrines are similar to carcinoid of bowel.
