Range: A way of thinking about normalcy is a range of behaviors for instance if you were to wash your hands one or two times a day, typically that would not be considered abnormal. However, if you were to wash your hands dozens of times per day, that quite likely would be considered abnormal. In this context normalcy should not be thought of in simple terms of yes or no, black or white.

Depends on how high: In general the answer is no; it is normal for us to have times when our blood pressure is a bit high when under stress and as long as it is normal most of the time occasional elevated BP is no cause for concern. However, it depends on how high it goes- if it goes really high (say systolic above 200) even a brief elevation could cause a life-threatening problem like a cerebral hemorrhage.

Normal: Yes, this is normal.  Many things change even early in pregnancy.

Frontal lobes: This sounds like a self diagnosis. Start with an examination by your physician who may then refer you to a neurologist and a psychiatrist for evaluation and treatment after physical maladies are eliminated. Treatment may consist of stress management and cognitive therapy with possible short term medication as well.

it feels like the rooms spins and i cant control the feeling in my gut , it pulls tight and struggle to calm myself.

Medical eval first: It may uncover underlying medical problems that need to be addressed. Cognitive Behavioral therapy can be effective. Psych meds may be indicated. Aim for daily exercise, 8 hrs sleep /night &amp; good nutrition w 5 servings of veggies &amp; 4 of fruit per day. Try tai chi, yoga, Qi Gong, progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises or meditation. Take care.

can emotional/mental stress for a short period ( say 7 -10 days) activate h pylori in the body to start causing an ulcer which was otherwise lying dormant/asymptomatic or stress would only worsen existing h pylori damage/symptoms and is not the cause?

Ulcers and stress: Stress was once thought to be the main cause of ulcers, but it's now known that stress has nothing to do with ulcers. Helicobacter pylori is a common cause -- but stress has no known effect on H. pylori. If you have ulcers or have been diagnosed with H. pylori, discuss treatment with your doctor. Of course deal with stress as best you can, but it won't make any difference in an ulcer problem.

Chemical transmitter: Emotional stress, such as anger or anxiety, causes the release of chemical transmitters (called hormones if they travel through the blood, called neurotransmitters if they travel down a nerve fiber) which can increase muscle tone (including the tiny muscle fibers around arteries) or increase the likelihood of muscle fiber contraction... Both of which may lead to vasospasm and raynaud's symptoms.
