Mold: Most healthy patients will not experience symptoms when encountering mold/mildew.  Patients who have pre-existing health issues or weak immune systems are more prone to fungal infections and may present with fever, rash, shortness of breath and weakness.

Mold: It is mold as result of excess moisture condensing on your windows. You may need a dehumidifierto resduce the moisture in your house. You will need to use a mold inhibitor like bleach to get rid of the mold. If the job is too big get professional help.
