I agree with your: Endocrinologist. You have ideal body weight and if u have no other issues such as hypertension, diabetes and elevated lipids, this fatty tissue is benign. This is not fluid and this area is not a common location for fluid collection. People with cushing's (elevated adrenal steroids) develop 'buffalo hump' where swelling is in the upper back of the area you're describing. Take care!

i am fairly healthy and do moderate exercise but i sweat excessively when exercise,  especially on my head. what could be the cause of this?  also after i shower my head and neck and back continue to sweat.

Sweating: I do not think this is abnormal. Sweating is part of the exercise response. Some people do sweat more than others, but this is part of there physiology.  Perhaps a longer cool down time after exercise would help.

bump on neck about size of my palm just underneath my c6 vertebrae dosent cause any pain and when i push hard i dont feel any lumps, i am overweight so thought it was fat bump, or coz i look at phone a lot a dowagers hump, thoughts?
