Amla: Amla, the indian gooseberry, has been used in ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years.  It has more vitamin c than limes do.  Some evidence suggests that the fruit and juice may lower total serum cholesterol, ldl, triglycerides, and phospholipids without affecting HDL levels; and it may have positive effects on atherosclerosis. The juice may also be antimicrobial, antimutagenic, and antioxidant.

Not known: Amla tablets are Ayurvedic herbal supplements. Because they are not medications approved by the FDA, Amla tablets are probably not tested for interactions and side effects like real medicines are. So, that means nobody really knows what effects and side effects there are. If an Amla user hears of some interaction or thinks he is getting a side effect, he can visit his primary care doctor.

Depends prob healthy: If you a healthy man with no health problems and if you like the taste of this mixture and are ingesting a judicious amount.; you may experience benefits. 
However if you drink gallons of Aloe vera you may experience diarrhea. If you are on multiple medications and have multiple health conditions review possible drug interactions with natural products. Always consider risks and benefits!

It appears that: this concoction contains iron and vitamins and is an unregulated product. This means that the concentrations of its components is not standardized. Potentially there are significant variations in the amount of vitamin K and other factors present. In general warfarin is prescribed for significant or potentially life threatening conditions. Amma syrup will affect this. It is NOT ok to use it.
