i'm getting obese day by day without any changes in diet. i have reduced my diet but still my stomach is bulging out. with my current diet i'm not even getting enough nutrition so i can't decrease it beyond and my only exercise is gymandweightlifting?

have trouble losing stomach. my mom always had a bulging stomach. is this hereditary, if so how can i get rid of it. i do exercise. ?

Obesity: Obesity may have a genetic link but there's also a learned component too in that your parents need to teach you about healthy eating & regular physical activity. Of course, you should also check in w/your family doc to be sure there's nothing medically going on that could explain your difficulty losing weight. After that, it's up to you change your lifestyle for the better. Ask for nutritionist.

sir i'm 19 years old.. i have stomach ulcer and my stomach is bulging.so i want to do stomach exercises.if i do stomach exercises can it effect the ulcer?

Spot fat loss does: not occur naturally. By losing weight in general  some may be abdominal fat.  But, we don't get to choose what area of body fat is lost from. Eat healthy &amp; be physically active. Calories burned must &gt; those consumed. Tighten ab's: crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge &amp; “bicycling” exercise on back. Do regular aerobic exercise.

Many things: Many things may cause a feeling of bloating or bulging in the stomach.  Medications and inadequate fluid intake are a common cause of this feeling which is associated with constipation.  Does anything make the bloating better or worse?
