last few days i have noticed that i get a cold wet feeling when i lean back onto something. i check and my back is dry and warm. doesn't matter what it is i lean back on. i also feel hot in the head and face. no fever. no other symptoms.

Sensations: These sensations could be a manifestation of release of chemicals at the skin level related to a type of a reaction causing vasodilation. This would be akin to blushing. Such reactions may be a response to temperature changes, certain foods or spices or chemicals. The cause may be quite elusive,however.  In the meantime observe for skin changes and any evidence of the above causes.

could raynaud's disease cause a cold wet feeling in back of head with headache?

No: Raynaud's disease is related to vasospasm of the small arteries, usually in the hands and feet.  I do not think it would affect the scalp.

ive had this draining wet feeling in the back right side of my head for a couple months now. i went 2 the doctor and they said it wasnt possible to feel it back there but i know it was. it turned into sharp pain that comes and goes. tumor?

Headache and anxiety: I'm sorry you're having these symptoms and it's very difficult to determine the true cause without examining you. It would appear that with the headaches and the tingling this may be anxiety more than anything else at your age. You have a feeling of pain and wetness which I do not understand. The possibility of tempormandibular  joint pain giving rise to your ear pain also exists. See an ENT doc.

hi iv been diagnosed with what the doctors think is migraine. head pain and weird sensations only on the left side on the scalp. it can range from burning/pins and needles or just tighness. iv started feeling a cold wet leaking sensation same side?

It would be prudent to see your doctor, preferably a neurologist. There are effective treatments for migraine and a neurologist will be able to ascertain if you do have migraine.
