Yes, but: Practically ANYTHING can be a symptom of cancer but that doesn't mean the individual has cancer. For instance, lung cancer commonly causes shortness of breath (as well as chest pain, coughing blood, weight loss, hoarseness, etc) but there are dozens of less serious causes of shortness of breath which are generally more likely.

Slightly : Just monitor by self exam and perhaps imaging and get seen if anything else turns up. Having had a fibroadenoma does confer a slightly greater risk, but good self-care that you have given yourself more than overbalances this.

: You are a good mother to worry about such things but here's one I would not consider worth the effort. Control the things you can, investigate when you need to. There are hundreds of other risks that have importance in raising kids. I would consider this near the bottom of the top ten thousand.

Yes: Although ulcers in the mouth can be due to trauma or "cold sores", oral lesions presenting as ulcers may be associated with oral cancer and must be evaluated sooner rather than later.

Several things: Have the patient lie down, give the patient oxygen. It partly depends on why the patient is short of breath. If it truly is worse sitting, better lying down, that is called platypnea, the reverse of orthopnea. It can be caused by left atrial tumor or clot, pulmonary av fistula, or hepatorenal syndrome. The opposite (less sob on sitting up) is much more common.
