Indirectly: Depression can depress libido, and wellbutrin is an antidepressant.  Treating depression can improve all symptoms that come with it, including loss of libido.  If wellbutrin is the medication used, then some say it improved libido. Wellbutrin can also help revive libido that is suppressed by ssri antidepressants like zoloft, celexa, and paxil (paroxetine). Its mechanism of action differs from these others.

Anti-depressants: It wil take several weeks to get the full 'mood' effect.  Yes, some people do report rapid improvement in all kinds of things, including libido when you are feeling better.

i recently changed from wellbutrin to prohexal and the change has been incredible. just battling with libido - finding it extremely difficult to climax on this pill, just hardly feel any sensation. is there something i could take to help with this?

Med effect: Tell your prescriber about this reaction. Sometimes that effect dissipates in time, but I am certain you will most likely be switched to a different agent  from Prohexal which will be better tolerated.

Yes with adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine): Yes  Adderall can affect sex drive in a negative way, but wellbutrin (bupropion) can cause increase  in sex drive  that is why usually we can give it with antidepressant that can decrease sex drive, may be that  is why u r taking  both.

Change medicine: Zoloft (sertraline) is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor which i presume you are taking for depression or anxiety.  Unfortunately, one of the common side effects is sexual dysfunction or low libido.  

It is not a good idea to take a medicine to combat the low libido.  It is better to speak your primary care doctor about your concerns and consider switching to another medicine.

went to doc with low libido. test is 20ng/dl. normal range. doc put me on wellbutrin (bupropion). have noticed pc muscle was smaller. could it still be low test?

See other causes: Two causes of very low libido in young men are a prolactinoma of the pituitary gland, and hemochromatosis. Have you been checked for either of these?

Zoloft (sertraline): Zoloft is in a class of medications called SSRIs.  50% of women on SSRIs have a decrease in their sex drive.  Wellbutrin (bupropion) isn't supposed to do this.  Best wishes!

Yes: Cognitive behavioral therapy , is very  good treatment for anxiety, other anxiety medication given for a short time only.
