Yes: Sure. Never touch the stuff again. Meth is not necessary for life. Meth is not required for anything. Be strong enough to never associate with people who use it or sell it (means staying away from certain people, permanently). The nose will heal up the best it can. If there are residual nasal problems, one's primary care doctor or ENT specialist can evaluate.

A week: A week should be more than enough for the drug to clear out of your system. It is unlikely that any smell was from meth, it probably had more to do with the hygiene of the person.

Bacterial vaginosis?: The main cause of fishy vaginal odor is bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria. Many cases of BV are triggered by STDs; you need testing for gonorrhea, chlamydia, and trichomonas. Hard to know what to make of more prominent symptoms with meth use -- probably just a coincidence. See a doctor or clinic ASAP, and no sex until you have been evaluated there. Good luck.

Yes: I would be concerned about a staph infection.   But I am most concerned that despite some serious xXxX you are not prepared to ask for help in stopping the meth. Shingles: If you may a case of shingles and you should contact your  doctor ASAP to get antiviral treatment. Make sure that your eye is not affected since this can lead to vision loss if left untreated.
