See an internist: The weight loss, if over a short period is concerning, if you've traveled recently this could be an intestinal parasite, but the dizziness and tachycardia could be something else when you put the symptoms all together. See a good internist, get a good physical exam, and probably a stool sample, urinalysis, and blood work to see what is causing you troubles, it may not be in your GI tract...Meds?

See Doctor soon: Hard lymph nodes are a cause for concern, as your body is trying to fight off something that you've contracted, or have going on, along with your other symptoms. Depending on where those lymph nodes are will determine the direction you need to go. Make sure your Daytrana isn't causing some of your symptoms too. Get a second opinion if the 1st is inconclusive. You should be feeling better than this.

No : But both the weight loss and svt can be explained by the same medical condition as in hyperthyroidism (excess thyroid hormone). Certain classes of prescription and illicit drugs can also "speed" up the heart and cause weight loss.

Appetite: It's a common misconception to believe that because of the increased metabolism of grave's disease, people will be thin. The fact is most are overweight because graves stimulates the appetite. Advice: get the grave's controlled, then work on reducing your caloric intake. Any form of exercise will help (do something fun!) but won't correct the weight without limiting calories.

Many causes: Damage to heart tissues from heart disease, abnormal electrical pathways in heart, congenital, high blood pressure, smoking, fever, drinking too much alcohol or too many caffeinated beverages, abuse of recreational drugs, such as cocaine, imbalance of electrolytes, overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism)
in some cases, the exact cause of tachycardia can't be determined. See physician for workup.

Thyroid too fast?: Your symptoms sound like your thyroid is too fast. When were your thyroid hormone levels last checked?  You may need to have them checked again.  Are you on medication for the thyroid?

The : The treatment and prognosis of any tumor or cancer in the lungs depends on the exact type of tumor and the stage. With the information provided here it is very difficult to provide a useful opinion. However, it would be unusual that a 4mm tumor in the lung would be the cause of all these symptoms. Perhaps, the tumor has grown significantly since it was first found and that is why your doctors are worried about it. If this turns out to be in fact a tumor or cancer (which is the same for practical pruposes) make sure that you ask your doctor the exact type of tumor and the stage. These two pieces of information are the key to be able to talk about prognosis.

can lupus cause malabsorption when not treated? i jut got a message from my doc saying "strongly specific to lupus" could this be the answer to it all the p.o.t.s and weight loss/malabsorption

Go back to doctor: You need to sit down and have a face to face chat with your doctor who will be happy to explain to you in detail whether or not you actually have sle and whether or not it is directly responsible for your malabsorption syndrome, which is quite possible.  Without seeing you cannot diagnose this.
