Who knows?: Most of these supplements are not well regulated so you never know exactly what you are taking. Most have not been well studied so how they will effect other medications can be uncertain.  If you want to lose weight do what we know works : decrease calories and increase exercise.

Pills: Please don't take any weight loss pills in conjunction with birth control pills.
Please go and see a dietitian.
I recommend my patients pay good attention to food intake and to exercise.

Probably: I have never heard of "pure raspberry ketones" but only a few medications interact with birth control pills and those are mostly antibiotics and antiseizure medications.  

I just don't know why you are taking the pure raspberry ketones as the only thing that helps with weight loss is taking in less calories than you burn off.

Shake: Not the sake itself, but as you lose weight then can affect how your pill is metabolized.

The best pill to be: On where you will not gain weight and it will not inhibit you from losing weight is loloestrin - only 10 mcg of estrogen, no bcpill will make u lose weight, if you want wt loss u need caloric restriction, i offer my pts the HCG injections and 500 calorie diet, i did it mtself 14 months ago , i lost 24 lbs in 28 days- it works and it is safe , it is not fda approved though, insurance won't pay.

Not a medicine: garcinia "might" prevent fat storage and control appetite; but, this has not been proven in humans. because GC is an unregulated substance nobody has spent any time studying it scientifically; I am unaware of any consistent proven effects on female reproduction.

They Shouldn't: Weight loss shakes should not affect the efficacy of your birth control pills, unless they contain some form of herbal preparation or medication.  However, i advise against rapid weight loss shakes, as rapid weight loss can be dangerous.  One should not lose more than 2-3 pounds a week on a weight loss plan.  Plus, if you rapidly drop weight, you will rapidly gain it back without lifestyle changes.

Can happen: These can happen with all birth control pills, you may switch to a non-hormone method, or at least, a low hormone method (iuds, implants, mini-pills, etc.).

302: No, your weight won't stop your birth control pills.
But you do need to go on a diet starting immediately.
Please have your doctor refer you to a dietitian. Don't try to lose weight in a hurry - 25-40 pounds weight loss a year will keep you on track for a few years.
