Dermatologist: These eruptions may be due to a contact allergic dermatitis like poison ivy, poison oak or poison sumac if he did yard work or walked in the woods. Nevertheless he should consult a dermatologist for accurate diagnosis and prompt treatment.

Depends: Depends on the etiology of the problem, and this is impossible to address, DX, in this format.
You should have an exam, if there is an infection present this will need to be treated with antibiotic.
If it is due to allergy, topical steroids will be Rxed.
This can only be DXed with an exam.

Accepted Answer

Contact allergy?: Itchy blisters are suggestive of a contact allergy perhaps to fragrance in underarm deodorant.  Try topical hydrocortisone and use hypoallergenic deodorant.  If this does not help. consult a dermatologist or allergist.

See dermatology: See dermatology but I suspect that this is some type of infection from your description. We need to know more about your husband’s total health and whether he’s at risk for something like this. You may need an infectious disease specialist, special cultures and imaging.

Burn treatment: 1st degree burns involve only the top layer of skin and generally appear as a red patch, similar to a sunburn.  treatment is supportive (cool water, OTC pain meds).  2nd degree burns are deeper, very painful, and blister.  treatment is aimed at pain relief and preventing infection with Rx Silvadene (silver sulfadiazine).  3rd degree burns are very severe, painless and usually require treatment from a burn center.

Sounds like: you may have herpes zoster ("Shingles")  Cannot answer your question without a definitive (definite) diagnosis. See your PCP ASAP (Primary Care Provider) for aDiagnosis!!! Shingles is treatable as are other formes of "blisters")

Cover it: cover it with a clean bandage/gauze and go see your doctor, 
is it red and painful?  If so go get it looked at.

i have a herniate belly button. underneath to the left was a very small blister. i lanced it and it won't stop weeping clear fluid. it's been 4 days so far. i am keeping it clean, treating with neosporin, and covered with sterile gauze and bandage.

BELLY-BUTTON BLISTER: Use Warm water compresses, on and off every 3 hours and after that a small pea sized bit of zinc oxide paste. Over the counter and cheap.
See your doctor if it is not dried up in a few days
