Constipation: if your constipation has improved, then you likely have nothing to worry about now. If constipation is frequent, I would increase the amount of fiber in your diet for the long run. Consider a fiber supplement such as Metamucil. If you do, increase your fluid intake also.  You should have a colonoscopy at age 50, or sooner if you have chronic bowel problems The, urine results were fine. Good luck.

Get urine cultured: White blood cells in the urine is called pyuria. It comes from inflammation somewhere in the urinary tract. The inflammation can be from infection but doesn't have to be.  If a urine culture is negative and the pyuria persists, see a urologist.

No: You may have cystitis, but not urinary tract infection. Cystitis is irritation of bladder and may cause microscopic hematuria and pyuria.

Of course: Truth be told, a woman needs to be something of an acrobat to get a true "clean catch" urine sample, given that all women have many free white cells in their bodies right nearby. If you feel well, a few extra white cells in the urinary sediment mean nothing.
