Some basics: Genital warts inhabit the external genital tissues where they were infected during sex. They do not spread internally. Infants are not at risk until delivery when they can be exposed to the virus. Occasional cases of genital or vocal cord warts can appear in exposed infants in the 2 years after birth. I would discuss this issue with the kids prospective pedi &amp; your OB.

There : There are many things that can cause a growth in the lower lip, from the simple (fibroma or mucocel) to the complex (cancer).  There are very few things that can cause a growth in the lower lip that will miraculously disappear.  Without obtaining a sample of the tissue to microscopically examine it is impossible to provide a diagnosis.

Mucocel, or better known as mucous extravasation phenomena, is the result of damage to one of the hundreds of minor salivary glands located in the mouth.  Either the gland itself is damaged or the duct that allows the saliva to escape into the mouth.  The result is that the saliva is still produced around meal times but has no where to escape to causing a build up in the tissues.  These lesions can grown quite large and become painful.  Occasionally the saliva will slowly leak into the mouth allowing the swelling to decompress.  Unfortunately this is not the end of the problem.

In situations like this i recommend removal of the lesion for diagnostic, and potentially curative, purposes. If you are not comfortable with your present surgeon seek a second opinion.

ignore it ( some fall of in 4-5 years).

No: First get rid of  your warts and free of hpv virus first  , possibly you could have vaccination also , then only you will not infect your future partner , speak to your doctor.

No: There are no safe remedies.  The over-the-counter medications for treating warts are not designed to accomodate the delicate genital tissue or the moist environment present there.  The treatments can cause severe burning and/or rash to treated genitals.

Skin tag: Can be removed by tiring strings around them really tightly until the skin does and the fall off. You can try to get rid of warts by covering with duct tape( real kind) and only removing it to change it until wart is gone). Warts are more difficult

Genital warts: Medical hypnosis has sometimes been associated with regression of warts.  The exact mechanism is not known.  Topical treatment can be discussed with your OB/GYN.  Of potentially more concern is that genital warts are caused by HPV (Human Papilloma Virus). Serious problems can be caused by HPV other than warts.  It would be important to discuss this with your OB/GYN .  Hope this helps.

Possible,,incomplete: If hpv virus not eradicated , possible to have inside. Genital wards (hpv virus ) causes  cancer , need complete treatment , young woman 10 to 26 should have quadric-valent vaccination , you may be candidate speak to your doctor
