Try lubricant: You don't say if you have gone through menopause. Make sure you have enough foreplay to get the natural juices flowing. Otherwise some extra lubricant like astroglide or replens can help.

Consider yourself : lucky that you are able to naturally lubricate..  Some people cannot and hence have to resort to artificial means.  However it its over excessive, you can use over the counter antihistamines sparingly.

Lubrication : Lubrication can fluctuate with the amount of hormones that a woman is producing.  The amount of hormones can fluctuate depending on multiple factors including stress, weight changes, and other issues.  As long as you are eating healthy and drinking plenty of fluids this will most likely go back to normal.  But in the meantime please do use a lubricant so that you aren't having pain.
