this morning i was doing yoga. while in the inverted position of downward dog i had an excruciating, stinging, burning pain in the left side of my head, followed by watery eyes. it was horrible and quite scary. what do you think caused it?

: Your neck (cervical spines) position during that Yoga posture acutely irritates one branch of the cranial nerve which innervates that area and then reflexive tearing occurs. You should avoid this position for several days then be careful when you want to practice that posture again. Good luck!

when i yawn why do my ears get watery after?(sorry if this question makes you yawn?

Ear canal ?'s: If the yawning occurs in the hours subsequent to a bath or shower,  the muscle action will compress the external auditory canal (from your outside ear to your tympanic membrane deep in the canal) which will compress the canal which may contain some water from the bathing experience.  Yawning may be more common just before going to bed/sleeping.

Abnormal: There should never be fluid flowing out of the ear.  Please see an ENT who can evaluate your ear health and tell you if there is a reason for the drainage.

Debrox: Hello, watery ear wax can be washed clean with a solution of debrox. This is an otc product that has a wax softening and a hydrogen peroxide component that helps to irrigate the ear canals clean. Follow the instructions and your ears will be clear of this watery ear wax. I often times recommend using this product for the first few days of each month.

my ear feels very clogged but i cannot remove the wax. it feels watery inside and smells weird. what's going on in there?

Earwax is ok: The body makes ear wax naturally in order to protect it from cuts and infection. Sometimes it can be inpacted by the use of q-tips or a finger it may need to be professionally removed. In the meantime you may try some over the counter war rinse and you may be able to soften it enough to rinse it out.

is it a side effect from escitalopram 20 mg to have a watery, shaky  feeling in my brain and ears after stopping this medication?

See doctor: Go see your doctor right away. These medications should not be stopped abruptly.

Hard to say: Any other symptoms?   Bump probably will resolve over time.  You may have some residual tissue swelling or some fluid buildup.  I would maybe see a Dr. just to make sure everything is OK, though.

UNLIKELY NEUROLOGICA: If neurological would expect usually blood  and hx of trauma. Clear fluid would be unusual consider ENT or pcp consult to help discover cause.

Re-evaluate: Your treatment may need to be changed.  Ear discharge, hearing loss must be reevaluated.

i can make sound in my ear , since little boy. it sounds like 'click' with fluid/watery effect(hard to explain).it also comes when swallowing. normal?

Yes: As you open or close the tube between your throat & ear (the eustachian tube) you can add or release pressure on the ear drum which may cause a click. This hallends with yawning, chewing & other movements that tense the levator palitini muscle to open the tube.
