Sorbitol: Watermelon contains a sugar called sorbitol. People who have a sorbitol intolerance may develop gas, loose stools &amp; GI upset when they eat watermelon.

Watermelon-tea: Watermelon and tea are not bad for you.  Perhaps you have developed an infection or stomach flu.  If your symptoms continue , see your primary care professional.

Food sensitivity: It is possible that you have developed food allergies or sensitivity to water melons or it could be sensitivity to sprayed chemicals like herbicides or pesticides on the fruit.

Common: Just eating too much watermelon distends the gut more than you'd planned. I admit that i've had watermelon that's so good i've ignored this and been kind of sorry afterwards. If diarrhea or vomiting persist for more than 48 hours or you become very week, seek help.

Hernia Repair: If you have an umbilical(Belly Button) hernia and you're having pain, you should have surgery to repair the problem. Following surgery and healing, you'll be able to exercise without pain or risk of hernia incarceration (intestines getting "stuck" in the hernia). The combination of diet modification and exercise will allow you to lose weight. Liposuction after achieving goal weight if necessary.

Some : Some organs with a large fatty content like the liver may shrink, however most stay about the same.  The sunken appearance may be because of a reduction in the intra-abdominal fat which will reduce the overall intra-abdominal volume.
