Clitoral burning: Any inflammation of the clitoral area can produce both symptoms of burning as well as "arousal".  If you are sexually active, herpes type I or II can cause this sort of burning , etc. If this continues, ask your gyn provider for an exam and testing.

I'm not encouraging sex if you're not ready, but it sounds like your body is ready even if your head isn't. Please be prepared in regard to contraception and STD prevention (e.g., have condoms handy). Also get started on HPV vaccine if not already immunized.
