A number of causes: These can be tough to distinguish and need to be tested.  With such blisters that seem to spread from hand to feet there needs to be more info about them.  This includes culture of the fluid in the blisters and a biopsy of the skin  with the blister.  Your doc will most likey an rx of a topical cream.

: If it is not red or painful it should heal in 10-14 days. You can apply Benadryl or hydrocortisone ointment for the itch. You should be OK.
