Doubt it's related: I can see where anxiety related to an hpv diagnosis could produce some chest tightness.But that's as close as it gets.Hpv is similar to weeds in your lawn.It grows where the virus starts & doesn't go further unless it seeds another surface. It does not enter your blood like a flu or move through your body.It's symptoms arise from the physical changes at the location it infects.

Unrelated problems: It is extremely you had such widespread warts. There are numerous skin conditions that appear wart-like. Even if that problem was professionally diagnosed, I suspect the physician was mistaken. In any case, in the exceedingly unlikely chance they were warts, they were not from your genital infection. The genital, sexually transmitted HPV types don&#x27;t infect non-genital skin.

See a doctor: The absence of menstrual periods and the moles are not necessarily related. New appearance of multiple moles are a concern, and I suggest you see your doctor as soon as possible. The sudden appearance of multiple pigmented skin lesions can be a sign of serious underlying disease.

Folliculitis?: Hard to tell without seeing. If these lesions are on the hairy part, they may represent inflamed hair follicles. If they get larger or complicated, get them checked

No: The current Gardisil can help anyone develop antibodies to the genital HPV strains. These can prevent new HPV  infections from future exposures. It does not treat any form of HPV. The common skin wart is not from the genital strains. You may have genital HPV as many do by your age, but unless you have/had warts on your genitals you don't have those strains.

Wart virus: Warts are viruses and are contagious.  Someone else with warts on their skin or you with warts somewhere else on your own skin can transfer the virus to a new place. It's best to get them removed/treated so you don't spread them further.
