See a doctor in pers: I think it is best if a dr sees you in person to determine if you have warts. All warts are caused by the hpv virus whether they are on your genitals hands or feet. There are many different types of hpv virus is and different virus types occur  on different locations.

Perineal warts are: Caused by hpv 16, 18. No oral/pharyngeal warts, but oropharyngeal cancers.  Infection seems relatively innocuous, it's the long term risk.  There is not a clinical test to discern pharyngeal incorporation into dna...That would require biopsy. The p-16 protein may be detectable, but may not be specific for hpv.

Yes/Unkown: Yes you can but the time before onset is unknown. Very high incidence of sqaumous cell carcinoma in known oral hpv carriers. There has been an increase in oral cancers in non-smokers because of rise in oral sex and hpv transmission. If you have oral papillomas, have them removed and get a thorough oral exam by your dentist or ENT regularly.

Not necessarily: Warts are contagious and there is a risk of getting the warts from the experience you described.

Possibly: This virus (hpv) is very easily transmitted by direct contact, and it is likely that if you are performing oral sex unprotected that you may become infected. If you already have cervical cancer you have probably been previously infected with one of the hpv strains causing this. Might be wise to be immunized.

Angular cheilitis?: A person with signs of angular cheilitis can be checked by a doctor to see if there is a lip eczema problem, an oral herpes problem, or signs of vitamin deficiency. Angular cheilitis is the cracking at the corners of the mouth, with some inflammation and probably some candidal yeast overgrowth. A little clotrimazole antifungal cream and a little hydrocortisone cream for a week may make it better.

one side of my anus has ridges that seem to be spreading out more. i don't have any  visible warts there. i fear hpv. can i share a picture?

Need complete exam: No pictures can be shared unless you have a HealthTap Prime physician. But you need more than just a superficial exam or photo, probably a full pelvic and rectal exam including anoscopy (a simple device to examine inside the rectum). From your description, "ridges" without obvious warts probably aren't due to HPV. But see a doctor to check it out. Good luck!
