Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. What you described sounds like warts and you may try over the counter treatment for warts.
Make sure you take HPV vaccination.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

There : There is a possibility that she could have molluscum contagiousum which is caused by a wart like virus.  They look like little red or flesh colored bumps with a small hole in the middle that occasionally has a white, thick discharge.  It commonly affects children and usually goes away within a year without treatment.  Picking or squeezing them can cause spreading and/or an infection, so it is not advised.  Below i've attached a website with more information about them.

If the spots start to develop on her face, appear to be infected, seem to be worsening, or if you think they are not molluscum, then give her doctor a call.  Good luck!

Blocked gland?: A sebaceous cyst is a collection of oily fluid that occurs when an oil gland is blocked.  Some folks are more prone to them than other and they often appear on the neck, shoulders, and back.  Try to avoid skin products that are oily.  I would also stay away from transfats and bad oils, which is good for overall health.  See doctor for diagnosis.  It may be something else. Peace and good health.

Probably no need: Warts generally are not painful except when they occur at a spot sensitive to pressure, rubbing, etc (e.g. plantar warts, on the soles of the feet). Common warts in children almost always clear up on their own within a few months and usually it&#x27;s best to just leave them alone. But if they increase in number or are bothersome (to him, not you), take him to the pediatrician for treatment advice.

Bumps on penis: Tyson's glands are directly beneath the head of the penis.  They lubricate the penis.  If enlarged they will usually be white in color.  He should see a urologist for diagnosis and treatment, if necessary.

Not warts?: You cannot pop out anything from a wart. If you do, then it's not genital warts. Genital warts can return after a month's absence.
