If u are: A female, it may be related to changes just prior to menses.  Otherwise it could be a sensation without a good medical explanation.

Nondiagnostic: The pop you experienced is quite nonspecific. The other ensuing symptoms could be the result of anxiety about the pop. If there are no further abdominal symptoms and you feel back to normal, sit tight  and observe for any other symptoms. See your physician as needed.

It could be eczema: Or any other skin condition like nevus or skin cancer/ melanoma . Its hard to diagnose without  looking at the lesion .Let him see his dr for confirmation . Take care!

Different things: Possibly you're sensing the ovarian cysts. In acupuncture terms the area of the lower heater means that there is more qui flowing which is encouraging for potential pregnancy.

Unlikely: Stone pain is excruciating, tends to radiate from flank to groin. Would wonder about ruptured ovarian cyst which would be more likely to cause this type of pain. Urine redness: One would have to investigate to determine whether you passed bloody urine perhaps from a stone or bladder infection. A simple urinalysis in your physicians office would suffice to diagnose blood in the urine and if present, appropriate tests would be ordered in order to make a diagnosis. Don't ignore this symptom. In the meantime, strain your urine with a handkerchief for ? of stone passage

Abdominal boil: You should see a physician, a boil is an abscess which should be drained, the contents should be sent for culture and sensitivity. 
You should be started on broad-spectrum antibiotics, once the sensitivities are known, the physician should select the best antibiotic for you.

See your md: Whike this sounds very much like constipation, the warmth is not typical and could be an indication of an infectious or inflammatory process that requires addition evaluation by a physician with possible diagnostic imaging.

Can't tell: It's almost impossible to diagnose skin rashes based on descriptions.  Someone would need to see the spots to know what they are.

Go see a dermatologi: It could be ring worm infection especailly if the brown spots itch.
I would advise you to go see your family doctor or a skin specialist(dermatologist).
