None really: Eic is a sac lined with skin cells embedded under your skin that becomes full of the skin and oil normally produced and exfoliated each day.  Squeezing the cyst will release this cheesy smelly material but will cause scarring and make it more difficult to remove the sac surgically, so avoid this.  I have some patients that have multiple neck cysts that resolve after eliminating dairy from the diet.

Sebaceous cyst: the cyst may gradually increase in size, and burst, or become secondarily infected and become a problem. If it is growing, I would advise you to have a plastic surgeon remove it surgically.

? infection: A cyst could become painful if it gets infected. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Check with  surgeon: Bleeding should have stopped by now. If not, check with the surgeon who performed the procedure
