my son is 6 years old he is vomiting since last night none of the vomiting medicine is staying in what must i do take him to the hospital ?

Depends: At that age many can stay hydrated by sucking on ice chips or sipping re-hydration fluids in small quantities. If he tolerates small amounts frequently you can increase the amount over time.  If he can make pee at least every 6-8 hrs he is hydrated enough to be managed at home. If he doesn't pee after 12 hrs he is getting dry &amp; may need hospital care.

I would guess: That you are deficient in vitamin b 1 since this will cause loss of appetite  and nausea. Stop taking sugar in all its forms and get a supplement of b complex, some magnesium and a multivitamin.

Zofran (ondansetron).: A very good medicine for nausea and vomiting is one called zofran (brand name), also known by its generic name, ondansetron. It comes as a pill you swallow, or it also comes as a tablet you let dissolve in the mouth. Both work great!

Vomiting: Vomiting can lead to dehydration quickly. Try to give small amount of cold ice water every 15-30 minutes. If tolerated do pedialyte. If didn't tolerate, need to taker her/ him to the emergency room.

Need more info: Is this acute; how long going on; any other symptoms;  what meds are you taking?  The main thing to do is to stay well hydrated.  If you cannot then see a doctor asap.  If you can keep liquids down give this a day or two and if not better go see a doctor,  hope you feel better soon.

NSAIDS: I suggest the use of Advil or Aleve (naproxen) if not allergic to these medications. If your pain is severe, your GYN may want to recommend stronger  therapy or BC pills/hormonal therapy and check you for endometriosis. I would suggest a GYN exam ASAP.

Gastroenteritis: 24 hours of clear fluids, small amounts at a time. These can be gatorade, flat ginger ale, flat coke, clear chicken broth, jello. Do not give any solids or dairy products. If the fever is high or she feels uncomfortable and cant keep down fever reducers with small amt of liquid, you can buy acetaminophen suppositories.

Options: There are multiple options for painful periods. Hormonal treatments such as birth control pills, Progesterone treatments &amp; the Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud are effective treatments that will help.
