: Bile can be green or yellow. You can vomit bile without a gall bladder as  bile is produced by the liver and can flow from ducts into the gi tract.

Gastroenteritis: Most common cause of these symptoms is the "stomach flu" or gastroenteritis.  The most important thing is to stay hydrated.  If you cannot keep liquids down or if you feel dizzy when standing you should go to an Urgent care or ER for treatment.

: "Medical abortion" is not always a definitive method for ending a pregnancy. Obtain a serum HCG to detect even low levels of pregnancy hormone to be certain about the successful completion of the abortive process. See your physician for the nausea and vomiting for guidance.

Gastroenteritis: This is either due to food poisoning of some type or more likely to viral infection (norovirus most commonly).  It should not last more than several days. Until it clears keep yourself hydrated.  If you cannot keep anything down go to an er and get evaluated and managed. Good luck and hope this misery goes away quickly.

Monitor the trends.: Depending on how you are feeding your infant (breast/formula) you will need to continue establishing your initiation and sustaining of intake.  If your infant is not feeding well and vomitng persists, see your pediatrician right away to evaluate your feeding, perform vital signs, weight and thorough exam.  The yellow liquid is from the stomach.  It is not worrisome if this is an isolated event.
