Yes possibly: Use of drugs early in pregnancy can possibly affect a baby's development especially as organs are being formed during this time, but not always and there is no way to tell.  It can also put you at risk for miscarriage and further use throughout pregnancy can increase risk for growth restriction, still birth, preterm labor, and developmental issues after birth. i used meth and pot everyday. i found out at 9 weeks i was pregnant.  what's the possible risks of birth deffects? iv stopped using completely

Meth and pot: There are always risks to the baby when you took them while pregnant. It is difficult to assess the risk. You need to register with an obstetrician early  to be followed more closely.

Injury to child: In my state such results will place the mother on a list for a monitored birth & child protective services review. Most will lose the child at birth to foster care if the fetus survives the pregnancy.

i found out i was pregnant at 7 weeks and stopped using iv meth at 11weeks. i relapsed when i was 19 weeks . ive used iv. im now 22 weeks.. will my baby be safe i feel terrible and im scared to tell anyone . i dont plan to use again. i regret it?

: You are strongly urged to contact your obstetrician ASAP, as you did use a toxic drug during the first 6 weeks of pregnancy, a critical period for midline development.  Also, at this time, initiate drug abuse rehabilitation ASAP.  Hopefully, all will work out fine, but you will have to be aggressively proactive to definitively prevent future drug abuse.

can i get meds to quit meth and cannabis when pregnant?

Possible: It is possible to use Methadone to quit methamphetamines during pregnancy (no drug to get off of cannabis), but this is not recommended.  Absolute best thing to do is get off the drugs completely before getting pregnant.  As the saying goes, if you're not ready to get off drugs before pregnancy, you won't be ready to get off the drugs during pregnancy.

Maybe they should : Please forgive my frankness. The fact that you wrote about what might happen to you rather than what you might have done to your unborn child tells me that you have a lot to think about between now and the day that you become a mother. Meth will ruin your brain and every relationship you have. For the sake of your baby, get clean and get a new circle of friends. Make it a blessed event for both.

Stop Meth: The most important thing is that you stop meth and other drugs of abuse.  Certainly your pregnancy should be closely monitored, but fetuses early in development have an amazing ability to recover from chemical insults.  For your sake and the baby's please get help with this issue.
