i've had a bad headache for going on 5 days now tylenol (acetaminophen) i b profren won't take it away now the vision in my left eye is very  cloudy and blurry.

Get checked: Any blurred vision in one eye deserves a dilated exam.  Mostly likely this is related to migraine, but the typical blurred vision happens to one side of both eyes, not one eye.  Please cover one eye at a time to figure out whether it could be the left side of both eyes that is blurry.

Retinal detachment?: Is a potentially serious/vision cause of sudden visual loss that needs to be ruled out rapidly. As does ciculatory problems such as vein occlusion or stroke. Eye doctor!: You should see an optometrist or ophthalmologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need glasses or contacts, or it could be something entirely unrelated. But if blurry vision is your only symptom, see an expert eye doctor! optometrists (od degree) diagnose and refract; ophthalmologists (md degree) do these also but also do many more things related to the eye, including surgery.

Optical axis: If the vision is truly blurry (fuzzy) and there are no other defects - loss of vision, etc, the problem is in the optic axis or much less likely the retina. Something is dispersing light rays as they pass through your eye. In any case this is academic - you need a thorough exam as sudden unilateral vision change may be associated with a number of unpleasant things.

Sudden : Sudden onset of visual disturbance in one eye is a concerning problem that could indicate a number of serious problems involving the eye itself (including retinal artery occlusion, retinal vein occlusion, retinal detachment, and other problems) and problems involving the optic nerve (including ischemia or stroke in the nerve, or optic neuritis).  These are serious problems that need to be checked as soon as possible to reduce the risk of permanent vision loss.  If needed, go to the nearest emergency room.

Death wish?: Let's cut to the chase.  If you continue meth, you will have a far worse outcome than loss of vision, as the risks are VERY REAL.  Don't hesitate, contact a physician immediately and stop this POISON.  You are literally playing with fire.

Optic neuritis?: If this was a sudden onset without definite cause, then you need an urgent evaluation.  You may be experiencing acute optic neuritis.  You may need aggressive treatment including steroids.  There may be inflammation of the nerves in the eye or the fluid in the eye that can become very serious.  See your primary doctor and let him decide what type of specialist would be appropriate.
