We all do: Normal anatomy. In fact, your entire body is covered with veins beneath your skin. You see them when they're full, but don't see them when they're empty. A very aerobically-fit man often has an extra liter or so of blood on board and may be more "vascular" than others.

Hard vein: This most likely is lymph channel inflammation often caused by prolonged masturbation or vigorous intercourse.  Lymph channels follow veins and can be confused with them.  This usually goes away and there is nothing to worry about.  There is no lasting problem.

Unclear, more info: Large, prominent veins of the penis are not abnormal. Maybe you have penile sclerosing lymphangitis, which causes a firm cord. The cause isn&#x27;t known, but probably not masturbation. However, if you mean your penis curves when erect, that&#x27;s a different and more serious problem, probably not caused by a vein or PSL. Surgery may be necessary. Discuss further w/ urologist or get 2nd opinion.

Lymphangitis?: This sounds like sclerosing lymphangitis, also called lymphangiectasis of the penis. It's uncomfortable but harmless, clears up on its own in a few weeks, maybe faster if you avoid sex. But best to see a doctor to confirm the diagnosis. It probably has nothing to do with your apparent adult circumcision. Google it to see photos and see how they compare with what you have.

i have a solid knot on the top of my penis shaft about half way, right next to the large vein. its not painful. moves around when messed with.
