Possibly: The white vinegar test is a good way to be suspicious.  The only way to know for sure is to do a biopsy.

Urine,stool odors: In my experience, odors of stool and urine have very little value in determining whether any pathology is present. If you have concerns, your physician can order a urinalysis with microscopic examination, culture &amp; colony count to check for infection &amp; any abnormal contents as well as stool culture to look for infection.

Funny stools: Anything that can cause fat to not be digested, absorbed or processed correctly. Pancreas or gallbladder problems, celiac disease, cystic fibrosis, hepatitis chronic, cholestasis.

Not much: When you use Aldara which is imiquimod given by prescription, the risk of recurrence is less. It i snot used for prevention after they have gone. some patients use Veregan, but proof of success is just public opinion. Human Papilloma Virus may disappear on its own in a few years.

Use anti fungal powd: Sounds like it could be a yeast infection, usually these can be nicely treated by over the counter anti fungal creams or powders ask your pharmacist.
