pins & needles left foot, pain left side: bum cheek, hip, outer thigh, outer calf, very bad left ankle & slightly puffy under outer bone. been 6 weeks or so, but getting worse, to the point of crying & i don't usually get emotional with pain. ideas?

Oral surgeon: For facial pain' did you contact an oral/maxillofacial surgeon for an evaluation  in addition to a neurologist? An academic setting might be beneficial where there are multiple modalities available to confer.

had total colorectal removal 10 yrs ago.
last 9 months been anaemic with pain left side of abdomen which goes through my hip and lower back, front leg?

Left hip/ leg pain: Follow up with doctor this week. Would consider CT of abdomen/pelvis to ensure no cancer, check renal function as that can cause anemia as well. Did you have inflammatory bowel because if that recurrs in small intestine or ileum can cause  anemia( though usuallyright side). Also consider hip films to check for arthritis.

i have horrible ovulation pain every month almost every day before having a period after and i have horrible period cramps. to the point i can't walk and feel extremely nauseas and i have horrible leg cramp due to it i have stabbing pain.left side?

: Severe menstrual pain is a medical condition and needs to be addressed by your regular Dr. There are a variety of causes, the most concerning is endometriosis. There are medications that can help and different methods of addressing this pain. Talk first to your parents/guardians, then to your primary care Dr for a full evaluation.

c02=15 ; wbc=14.0; no fever; nausea/vomiting, pain@left side; memory loss; thirst, urination, leg edema. glucose 58-207. been hypoglycemic for 20yrs.

Low CO2: With a CO2 of 15, you have an acidosis (A). You need to go to call the physician (P) who ordered the blood test you are referring to to see what type of A you have. Your glucose of 207 is abnormal and it appears that you have diabetes.  Your elevated WBC may indicate an infection. If you cannot speak to the P, or feel ill,  go to the ER and have it checked out to see if it needs to be treated.

Chest pain: Chest pain at your age when it is related to swallowing could be a sign of a gastrointestinal disorder . You might have a motility disorder or gastritis. Observe other symptomes to help in the diagnosis.

Costochondritis ?: I would consider an inflammation of the rib where it joins the cartilage that joins the sternum (breast bone).

Think jaw joint: Often, patients report "ear pain" when in fact the source of the pain may be the temporomandibular joint, which is immediately adjacent to the ear.  If pressure over the jaw joint and above it causes discomfort, you likely have TMJ arthralgia.  Make sure you don't grind your teeth at night, no chewing gum or hard foods, and consider Ibuprofen if it is safe for you to use, if you think you have tmj.

previous dvt. on warfarin. pain left side upper abdom near bottom rib, but only when cough. tender to touch. vitals norm. no difficulty breathing.

PE : This may be symptomatic of a Pulmonary Embolus. If you don't have an IVC filter you should go to get a CTA of chest to look for PE and if you have one you should get filter.

TMD: All symptoms consistent with TMD. The burning less so than other symptoms. Make sure your TMD is managed by a TMJ spcialiist. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists. Ask your MD, your dentist and your dental society for referrals.
