Headaches Persistant: Nope. Not usually. Especially given the time frame you mention.

The most common reasons for persistent headaches are:

rebound headaches caused by too much headache medicine. Eye strain caused by out dated eyeglass prescription.  Stress. And, dehydration from a variety of reasons. 

If you have been taking a lot of pain medication for the headache you very well may have rebound headaches.

This could be a ...: Tension or vascular headache, but a complete history and physical examination should be performed by your family doctor or a neurologist. Some headaches can portend a very serious condition and should not be self diagnosed on the internet or in this forum.

Postconcussion: Head injuries are often a cause of daily headache.  It depends on the length of time since the injury as to which treatments would be most appropriate.  New head injuries should be assessed with a ct scan to rule out bleeding.

what could be the cause of red rashes with dark patches(at the center) on my body? it doesn't itch but i feel very tired and have frequent headaches.

Rash: This topic is too broad.  It could be any viral of other infection vs. Other allergic rash.  Lyme, with the appropriate history, could present like this.  You basically need to see a doctor, and/or post a picture.

See your PCP: Any headache always must be viewed as a valid medical disorder and the headache assessment must be comprehensive. It is important to make an accurate diagnosis to ensure that the correct treatment is given. See your doctor for consultation, tests and diagnosis.

?migraine: Suggest you schedule Concierge visit to discuss further.  My first impression is migraine, which can run in families, but you might feel better by knowing that this can easily be managed and reversed.

Hot: Unusual complaint. If your urine is "hot" do you have a fever.  Increased body temperature would cause your urine to have increased temperature.  With your other symptoms it seems you have an infection of some type.

Hope it's past: Sorry if no one answered - it might be all gone - hope so! But it would have been hard to say much. It could be so many things! They mean something is off in your digestive system and either that is creating stress that gives a headache a start or something else. You'd need to have an exam andRx if they find something. Best!

Headaches are common: Stress ha 's often happen in the afternoon in evening and usually come and go and improve when you are distracted.  Migraine ha's also happen in the afternoon and evening but are more severe and are usually relieved by going to sleep.  With migraines usually one of your parents get ha's.  Try to keep a regular schedule, eat regular healthy meals and sleep 8 hrs a night.  Getting tired causes ha.
