Yes: Near the base of the penis and lower belly/groin it is ok,  but the head and shaft are very sensitive tissue, and the hair removal cream may be quite irritating or painful.  Use extreme caution.

Read the directions: One one hand the nair should not cause any issues with erections.  However it isn't uncommon for people to haver reactions to the chemicals.  Usually skin irritation and rashes.  Just make sure to read the labels and make sure the product you use is deemed same for those areas.

: You might have sensitivity to nair. Apply cortisone to the area for a few days. Burning in urine is not related to it. Try drinking more water and dont worry- it might go away

As : As you know by now these hair removal creams are much too strong for the delicate skin of the genitals, especially the scrotum. If you are still in pain, or for anyone with a similar problem, advil or tylenol (acetaminophen) are good choices. There is also a spray called dermoplast that can be purchased over the counter. This may help.
If the area becomes swollen, hot, or you develop a fever please see a doctor.

Chemical burn.: Hair removal lotions can cause skin irritation, but don't generally cause permanent damage. The skin of the penis and scrotum is quite sensitive, however, so it often feels a lot worse than it is. You can continue to keep the area clean and watch it carefully.
