or a fertility specialist. If your stillborn baby had a genetic issue, a geneticist might also be able to advice you as well.

Family practice : That is sad. I would recommend seeing a geneticist  to find a possible cause. Was there an autopsy on either infant.

how serious is kidney delation? how is it treated? does it heal for good or life time pain? does one with it be able to give birth to a healthy baby?

?U mean dilatatation: Not a good adjective but likely is referring to kidney being swollen with urine which is known as hydronephrosis. This is most commonly related to some degree of obstruction past or present. Needs 2B treated if due to kidney stone. Mild dilatation, without significant obstruction is usually benign ; requires no treatment. Severe obstruction usually needs surgery.Thus, there is spectrum of severity.

can i consult with a gynae in the vaal and then briefly move to one in kempton park and then give birth in the vaal while being attended to by my latter gynae from kempton park?

Probably, yes: sharing records of care between providers is common when patients travel/move to different locations. However, Insurance rules vary between locations and providers in some cases creating barriers to locations/providers in some cases.

Yes: Fibroids are common, reported to occur in up to 70% of all women. Vaginal birth is possible depending upon location & size of the fibroid(s). There are instances where fibroid location & size prevent descent of the baby which may result in a recommendation for cesarean delivery.

What?: How does tea have any correlation to whether a pregnancy can be completed?  The only thing to note here is that this tea will not in any way be effective. Nor will it lead you to any real or lasting weight loss.

Possibly: A lot depends on the size of your baby. Any pregnancy over 36 weeks is essentially. Full term.

could one twin moved into the head down position after i give birth to the first twin?

Yes: After the first baby is out, there is more room for the second one to move. What ever position the second twin is in, it can flip and come down in some other position.
