Stop: I have no idea why you want to put Retin A (tretinoin) on your penis head since there is no wrinkle there. If anything, try topical hydrocortisone for a few days to calm the inflammation down (I presume however that Betnovate is a brand of cortisone containing betamethasone . If so, it is ok to use it once a day for 3-4 days but no more).

Probably not: Most sexual lubricants are water based and shouldn't cause blockage of oil glands. Friction from intercourse or STD may be a concern. Anal sex is slightly higher risk for infection. If the pimple is very sore or takes a long time to heal I would get STD testing.

Pearly papules: A few percentage of men have a row of bumps along the corona -- "pearly penile papules". Check on the internet and see if that's what you have. It's just you, and anyway you didn't give it to yourself by doing what all guys do. You might decide they are a plus, or if they bother you, they can be removed by laser.
