doctor said i should use 3 times vaseline a day for over exfoliated lips , other medications may irriate more.whats your opinions on vaseline healing?

Not healing: Vaseline will protect the lips from drying while they heal themselves, but it doesn't actually "heal.".

Zind oxide: Irritative rashes from diarrhea in toddlers ae amongst the most stubborn rashes to cure. Try and get some daily air into that area - let him run around diaperless outside - who cares if he poops or pees on the lawn? Then, a diaper cream that has zinc oxide may be more useful - some brand names: triple paste, butt paste, desitin, (zinc oxide diaper cream) or generic zinc oxide.

See doctor: Unusual place for fungus but unlikely to be from allergy in the absence of itching.  Consult your doctor or a dermatologist.

my feet are constantly cracking , doesnt matter what i do , they end up so thick at the bottom i end up using a scalpel to take the top layer off , i moisturise all the time , even cover them in vaseline but nothing works . ?

See dermatologist: there are several top meds to use for this type of dry skin, but i suggest that you be evaluated by a dermatologist. Occasionally, there might be a trace of a fungus  on your feet as well as the severely dry skin. Calluses can also develop from poor fitting shoes or intense trauma to the feet via exercise and work.

See a doctor : It could be that they are very dry. I could also be the beginning of cold sores/fever blister. See a doctor if it continues or you develop a rash.

Not a good idea: It is not a good idea as it is not sterile.But if you can get sterile vaselin gauze it is ok to use.

Fingers work well: Application of unscented vasaline is a good skin protectant for infants. There is no special preparation needed, other than a basically clean skin surface to start.

It's better...: To use something like neosporin than just plain vasoline.
