Varicocele: In general no, it is not feasible to remove the coil from a small vessel such as the spermatic vein.  I think the larger question is, why would you want to have it removed?

Vericocele: The idiopathic varicocele occurs when the valves within the veins along the spermatic cord do not work properly. This is essentially the same process as varicose veins, which are common in the legs. This results in backflow of blood into the pampiniform plexus and causes increased pressures, which on rare occasion can lead to permanent damage to the testicular tissue due to disruption of normal supply of oxygenated blood via the testicular artery.

Surgical correction: Spermatic veins allowing venous back flow need to be occluded. Surgery is more reliable than occluding vein with mini-coils by an interventional radiologist. 3 surgical approaches:- my favorite is laparoscopic vein clipping or ligation. Others prefer microvascular ligation of multiple spermatic veins or thirdly by inguinal incision to tie off main spermatic vein similar to laparoscopy. Good luck.

Varicocele: Varicocele are engorgement of the spermatic vein/plexus in the scrotum. Large varicocele can often present visually as a fullness or "bag of worms" on top of the testicle. I recommend seeing a urologist if you notice any of these findings or a lump in your testicle.
