Don't do either!: There is help. You don't have to feel that way. Depending on what you are going through you may need counseling or psychiatric care and medication. In any case get support and treatment. Talk to family or a very loyal and understanding friend. I'm sure that there are also self help groups professionally run that are available. Check them out carefully. It may take all of those, just get up and go.

Why?: Food and sex are two of the most basic needs and therefore desires that we have as humans.  Do not try to suppress desire, but there are necessary degrees of control in letting yourself satisfy any whim you may have.  It is called maturity.

Unclear question: A weakly positive VDRL does not necessarily mean syphilis and there are many causes of a false positive result.  The doctor who ordered the test should confirm it with a treponemal antibody test.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Yes..Go: Always pay attention to chest pain...If it is cardiac, it needs immediate attention, and  the only way to determine this is to have an evaluation by a doc...It will also put your mind at ease if you find out it is just something temporary, simple, and easily treated or explained...Get it looked at....Don't take a chance on  being one of the many who "die from denial".

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

Depends: It  could  represent a  very  early  pregnancy  or  a false positive test. Call your md  with your concerns and a blood pregnancy  test can be done.

Yes: Those type of brown spots are common after a sunburn. It is the skins natural reaction to the information that comes with the bird. It will most likely go away, and the best thing to do is protect it with High SPF sunscreen, which will also help prevent additional burns.

R/O HYPOGLYCEMIA : Follow up with your OB. Get reexamined. Have labs checked especially HBA1C and thyroid studies. Focus on small frequent meals.

Some options...: For treatment of acne, over-the-counter benzoyl peroxide gel or cream is quite helpful. If desired, a doctor can add an antibiotic gel or cream such as Cleocin (clindamycin) gel. If more help is needed, prescription retinoids such as Retin-A or Differin gel can be used instead of benzoyl peroxide. Oral antibiotics like tetracycline can be used. If quite severe, a dermatologist may use Accutane.
