Infection ; hormones: Some vaginal discharge can be normal. As you go through the month your hormones cause changes in the discharge as does sexual stimulation. In some cases though discharge can be a sign of infection. Causes incluse yeast, bacterial vaginosis, and stds. There are simple tests that can be done in the office to determine if this is normal or not.

Endometriosis: And maybe some other things.  You need to be evaluated by an OB/GYN doctor.  A thorough history, physical exam and imaging is a good idea.  However, endometriosis is in my differential right now.

Unusual, consider..: Possibly a dry vagina could cause irritation of the penis. Also, an infection of the penis (eg, yeast or herpes or other would make the penis sting from just friction). In addition, if you have an iud (intrauterine contraceptive device/loop) the string dangling from the cervix could cause the penis to sting. Try more lubrication or condom for little time. If no, discuss with your primary care.
