Vaginal acne: Vaginal acne is a skin problem that is typically caused by a change in your hair follicles and sebaceous glands. Although a fairly common condition among women, vaginal acne can be irritating, embarrassing and uncomfortable. Treatment can be with benzoyl peroxide, or mild topical tretinoin and or oral antibiotics like solodyn (minocycline) or doryx, see your local dermatologist or gynecologist.

Folliculitis: Sometimes shaving can lead to blockage of follicles around the labia and can lead to localized inflammation. It usually resolves with time. If it happens on a recurrent basis, avoid shaving. Rarely there are dermatologic conditions that can present as recurrent localized infections.

Sounds normal: "Negative for STDs" suggests you've seen a doctor. What did s/he say? If something were wrong (e.g. genital warts), probably s/he would have said so. I'm guessing mucus or sebaceous glands (also called Fordyce spots); or  vestibular papillae. Both of these are entirely normal. Google Fordyce spots and vestibular papillomatosus for photos to compare with yourself. See MD if any doubt remains.

Get an exam: If it is a cluster of small blisters that feel irritated or itchy, could be genital herpes. But there are other causes that are possible. Please get examined by a health care professional.

Bartholin glands: Bartholin's cyst can occur near the entrance of the vagina. Cysts usually occur from blocked ducts causing secretions to build up. Best thing to do is to see your doctor if it does not improve or resolve in 2 weeks.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What your described suggests herpes lesions.
