im really sure im having a vagina prolapse if you guys know what that mean? im not fully sure yet, but i just taken a smear monday 8/15/22 now it feels like my uterus falling out i need help!!?

Prolapse: I have never seen prolapse in someone as young as you but get in to your gyn and put this to rest.  Hope this helps.

Doubt hernia: Hernias in the vaginal vault are extremely rare, and don't cause discharge. I would see a gynecologist for an exam to find out more. Hope this helps!

Obgyn evaluation: You will need to let an obgyn do an examination. You may be seeing some signs of postmenopausal atrophy from a lack of hormone production. An Obgyn will be able to tell if what you are seeing is normal or not.

will a anterior repair of vagina, actually make the vagina bigger? as you are lifting the prolapse?

No: In an anterior repair the tissue that normally supports the bladder/anterior wall of the vagina is pulled back in to the midline to rebuild the support. Since tissue that has stretched out is brought in from the sides, it does not make the vagina bigger. If anything, it makes it smaller. Hope this helps.
