3-5 days: Semen naturally "drains" from the vagina after ejaculation in the cavity. This occurs immediately after sex. The longest that sperm can survive in fertile (thin) cervical fluid/mucous  is five days. Pregnancies can be attributed to intercourse that takes place within the five days before ovulation and the day of ovulation.

However, it takes about 2-3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG to produce a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Nearly impossible: If you have had intercourse and he "withdrew" before ejaculation, then the chance of pregnancy is small but not zero.  If you have never had vaginal penetration then you cannot be pregnant.  If there is any concern, then check a pregnancy test!

: Pregnancy is possible but at this point all you can do is wait. A home pregnancy test could be positive in about two weeks, three weeks maximum. If she gets a normal period before that then pregnancy is highly unlikely. You can also better evaluate her chance of pregnancy if you know her last period and how regular her cycles are. Please use protection in the future if you wish to avoid pregnancy.
