Testicular pain: Knowing no STD or UTI should mean you were examined and tested. That doctor is the one to discuss the causes of these symptoms. If no doctor involved, i.e. you tested yourself, you should see a doctor now for professional diagnosis. If you definitely have a tender, enlarged testicle, do it ASAP to check for other infections (e.g tuberculosis) and testicular cancer. Probably not due to diabetes.

Hematuria: There are several possible causes of blood in urine (hematuria). The most common ones are kidney or bladder stones, or other bladder problems. Sometimes injury to the prostate area, e.g. after a long bike ride, horseback riding, etc. STDs rarely cause hematuria; without other symptoms like penile discharge or painful urination, for sure not an STD. Some cases are serious; see your doctor soon.

See your physician: There are many various genital-urinary disorders which could cause pain after urination (e.g. kidney stone, UTI, etc.). Blood : Blood in the semen, or "hematospermia", can be a very alarming finding.  It is quite common in urologic practices and in the absence of other symptoms, is typically not worrisome and tends to resolve spontaneously (though it may take as long as several weeks).  If it persists or is accompanied by syptoms such as pain or burning with urination or blood in the urine, then it would require further evaluation.

he went in for uti couldn't diagnose so treated him for uti chlamydia and gonhorrea... i had azythromycin and keflex for other illness during same treatment of his issu

The : The medication you took does not usually cover gonorrhea, however the Azithromycin would treat the chlamydia. To be safe, you should go to your doctor and ask for an std check in order to rule out gonorrhea and chlamydia.

31y old male - noticed recently sometimes urine smells off but no other symptoms otherwise. should i go get urine culture tested for uti? i assume its dehydration and toilet isn't clean. single sexual partner no std, my recent std test was also clear?

: Right off the bat you should try drinking more water, at least 6 or 7 cups a day.  See how that changes things, and if the problem continues see a doctor. Not typical choice: Minocycline is not typically used as a first line choice a bladder infection. The most  common causes of bladder infections are caused by gram neg rod bacteria and they are not typically treated with that antibiotic. Check with your doctor to determine what the best choice of medication can treat your infection.

UTI: Initially it could be but with a confirmation urine culture it should confirm you have a UTI. If that was not done then re visit your health care provider if your symptoms persist.
