i just came off a 4 month run with methamphetamine & alcohol.
i have about two weeks sober, in the program & trying to put my life back together & stay clean & sober.

2 months ago i shot meth 3x in arm.
numbness & tingling in my thigh still, why????

Side effects....?: Most likely you are dealing with some type of side effect of your drug use. It could be a side effect related to the drug itself, or to the process of injecting yourself where you could have something like an embolism. Best advice is to have neurologist examine you and see if there are any other minor abnormalities to try and pin down a definitive diagnosis.

Not too old: No, chronologically you're not to old to have children -- but are you still using meth and opiates?  Are you getting help for that, and for your response to the rape?  The latter is hard for anyone, and covering it up with drug use all too common.  Meth and opiates will lead to death. Any kids you might have would need you to be a consistent parent. Please get help if you're not. Be well.

are tamoxifen and cipralex ever taken together?

Consult oncologist: You should see your oncologist who prescribed the tamoxifen.  I would assume that he/she and your pharmacist have checked the cross reactions.  It is always a good idea to double check.

Cipralex: A side effect of cipralex is weight gain. I doubt if magrim diet will be of much help.

Drug reactivity?: Seems like you may be asking 2 questions, so lemme try to answer both. Narcotics &amp; opioids interact w/ several receptor subtypes, the most common being delta, kappa, mu &amp; OR1, with differing affinities/binding strengths like lock &amp; key. These pain receptors are located in different parts of your body in different amounts. UDS or blood tests test for these drugs and also separately for amphetamines

i am on 20 mg cipralex and my doc added 15 mg remeron (mirtazapine). is it ok to take these together? i'm a bit unsure as they both reuptake seratonin .

Excellent question: You are right that these two medications have serotonin reuptake inhibition properties..  Are you also on Cymbalta (duloxetine)?  Cymbalta can do the same.  If the prescribing doctor isn't a psychiatrist, he or she might not be aware of these drug interactions.  Your doctor needs to at least explain the risks/benefits of this 3 drug combo, as well as the early signs of serotonin syndrome.

can be prescribed cipralex 20mg with zoloft 200 mg together for depression and obsessive compulsive disorder?

Both of these drugs: are SSRI's and there is the increased potential for serious side effects. Potential for serotonin syndrome is quite high. Discuss this with your health care provider if it causes you concern. He/She has your whole health and mental health history and is weighing the risks and benefits of this therapy for you.

i am taking coveram , cipralex and naproxen together now there is little swelling on my face n feet what shoul i do?

Stop the naproxen: Stop the anti inflamatory and see if the swelling improve.

: Numerous prescription drugs interact adversely with "meth", and the likelihood of additional chemicals, such as Fentanyl, being mixed is very high.  Would first try to completely stop the use of methamphetamine, as the potential of catastrophe is sky-high.  Consider finding a rehab program.
