Risk is very small: Since oral  contraceptive pills prevent pregnancy primarily by preventing ovulation, you probably did not ovulate "3 days after sex". Most antibiotics will not affect pills efficacy or will very rarely interfere with their contraceptive functions as long as you take your pills regularly, without vomiting, diarrhea or other major change in your metabolism. Best ask for a LARC an IUD or an implant.

Stop the Doxy: Attempting pregnancy while on this particular antibiotic is not recommended as it has been associated with birth defects.  I would recommend an ovulation predictor test (otc) to see if ovulation occurs.

Cephalexin: is a category B drug in pregnancy which is usually considered safe to use.

Antibiotics : Antibiotics can decrease the efficacy of birth control pills, making them less effective.
It is always recommended to use a back up method during the antibiotic regimen and for 7 days after. It sounds like you always use a condom. This is also a great birth control method.
If you always use a condom, and semen has not come in contact with your vaginal fluids, then your risk of being pregnant is low.
If you miss your period, take a pregnancy test to be sure.

Probably not: Most antibiotics don't affect contraception. It's now thought that the only types of antibiotic that interact with hormonal contraception and make it less effective are rifampicin-like antibiotics (treatment for tuberculosis).  Amoxicillin is not related.  As long as you were taking your BCP every day, you should not ovulate.
