Usually fades: I am assuming that the "BP" stands for Benzoyl Peroxide.  Any skin changes from this should be temporary.  An old fashion treatment that helps is whole milk soaks.  wrap ice in a wash cloth and then soak it in whole milk.  Apply this compress to the area twice a day for about 5 minutes each time.  This should help.

Black spots: A big red flag goes up when patients say they have "black spots on their shoulder". See a doctor immediately for a skin exam to make sure these do not represent melanoma, a skin cancer. Scientific Rx: Aloe and washing aren't effective for acne in spite of the junk that's online. If this is really acne and not beard folliculitis like a lot of guys, you need to treat it as such. Topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerable is your best friend; a salicylic acid wash or topical retinoic acid. This should help. If you're not clear in two weeks, get seen by your personal physician.

Aloe vera is: Exceptionally helpful for some types of burn healing. Here is the issue - most popular products containing aloe vera  don't have a high enough concentration to get the job done well. Thus, using the sap from an actual aloe vera plant is the best way to go.

Redness: I'm assuming the redness is on your lips or face? If you want the best chance of it going away in time see a Dermatologist right away. If not and still there for graduation, consider makeup?
