Oraquick test: This in home test for HIV diagnosis is reputed to be reliable having a 92% sensitivity(misses only 8 % of cases where HIV is present). All things being considered, I would be quite confident that I was negative. If you still have concerns, consult a clinic or specialist in sexually transmitted diseases.

Maybe: Urine pregnancy tests can be falsely negative early in pregnancy.A first morning specimen is more concentrated and more likely to reflect the condition.The test relies on chemicals created by the new fetal tissue &amp; it can take time before these build up in a level it can be detected.

For now: Hiv detection need at least 6 months follow up, oraquick pretty accurate when properly done ,  if antibodies shows up in body fluids , you need longer follow up than 7 wks , speak to your doctor.

If you do, then is the time to take a home pregnancy test on a first morning voided specimen. Nonetheless your being pregnant sounds very improbable.
