What u taking?: It depends what drugs they are looking for and what drugs you are taking.  Commonly urine drug testing is for narcotics & drugs of abuse and illegal drugs.  If you are taking an antidepressant, they are not even checking for it.  And if you are taking a prescribed drug with narcotics or a sleeping aid, even if it shows in your urine, your test would be reported as negative since you have a script.

NO: Commonly known as Ritalin (methylphenidate) metabolized and excreated as retalinic acid .  Best advise if under going drug screening have to be truthful , if legally taking amphetamine derivative medications  indicate it . If positive will not be punished if it is is a legal  prescription .

Ativan (lorazepam) half-life is between 8 – 10 hours, consequently it takes between 40-50 hours to be eliminated from the body.

Not for a substance: of abuse. However, why are you taking these things? Did a doctor prescribe these? If so, what for?
Usual urine drug test is for marijuana, amphetamine, opiates, PCP and cocaine.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.
